I had approceed for a cabin space at this place. The owner named Rahul took entire week just to call back. After few discussion he took his own sweet time to review the rent agreement. after a 10days followup he refuses to pay his share of agreement amout stating that he dont understan the nature of my business hence if i want the space then i will have to pay for both the parties. then again refuses stating now he dont have space. Total unprofessional behavior
